i thought to get the pit(seed) out you just hit the core of the mango where the (seed)is with ur knife and rock it back and forth..it only takes one rock to get it out..its pretty simple to do

Is there away to cook this dish without garlic? I cannot cook with garlic, because the smell of it literally causes me to become violently ill. Weird huh? Never understood why! I would like to cook this dish... Is there a substitute for garlic? Any help will be greatly appreciated. ^_~`
