Racine has a really nice beach, great downtown, friendly people, and a multi-billion dollar company (SC Johnson).
The only problems with Racine are the ghettos by Hamilton and Geneva, and by Marquette and Memorial and MLKJ. Also 12th through 19th along Racine St. is a bad neighborhood =\ The schools are also pretty bad :p. It's better than Kenosha though!
