seed and nut oils are NOT good for us at all. Too rich in unsaturated fats that are not ideal fats for humans as we r warm blooded and we need only saturated fats like coconut oil, dairy, cacao butter, butter, dripping! learn from Ray Peat.. All the best!!
Flaxseed oil is a great Omega 3 source, but consuming the actual flax seed is much better for you because it has that additional fiber and cancer fighting lignans that the flaxseed oil leaves out. And since you can't just eat the seeds they need to be grinded up which can be hard and annoying to work into your diet. Here in Sweden you can just buy it in half liter bottles. Are you sure that it goes bad after 30 days? Because you cant consume the whole bottle with one teaspoon a day.
