I don't think so, but you can get the One Piece Unlimited Cruise games which is similar, though it's very hard to track down here in England, hopefully you'll have more luck in Germany. :D

Hate to break it to you guys, but it will only be in English. The reason, according to Bandai NA, is that this game is categorized as "family entertainment" (although it is rated T) and therefore there would be no "need" for a Japanese dub option. Stupid, I know, especially since the DBZ Budokais have a Jap dub option and I consider them far less adult games...
