  • It's more sidearm than submarine. Check out Kent Tekulve and Dan Quisinberry those were submarine pitchers.

  • Submarine pitchers are so unique. Fun to watch. My favorite type of pitchers.

  • I like how people comment on videos and act like they know what theyre talking about

  • hey a few days ago i found out i can submarine pitch but im naturally a overhand pitcher but i perfer sub. pitching more .............i z there any tips/advice that i can get ?????

  • @xXT0YxS0LDIERXx

better for your arm, but i hear it's bad for the back.

  • Your are my 3 or 4 th starter!

  • @xXT0YxS0LDIERXx its better for your arm. its more natural

  • @submarinepitcher not really , if you grew up throwing over you can tear muscles if you suddenly change to a side or submarine and also the is not a natual motion. overhand is natualr and the way the girls do it is better for your arm this is not better or worse for your arm then over.

  • @submarinepitcher it actualy depends if it helps ur arm or make it worse if u come sideways or unnaturaly submarine then it will hurt ur arm but if it feels natural and u throw strikes like this guy u should b fine

  • I throw sidearm get a lot of move on my pitches.

    Any way its cool

I used to throw overhand but I have taught myself sidearm and to be honest its natural.

  • What is he doing with his glove

  • @trevormuir777 it shows the pitch uif he just points it at him its a fastball and there is a bunch of other stuff too

  • no

  • why are they in the gym??

  • @bikeda808 Because there were too many people on the roof.

  • that is sidearm

  • it's more sidearm than sub...when you say submarine pitcher it's pitching from down under, and a true subby has his fingers under the ball and has more sinking action instead 2 seam action. so more sidearm, but obviously your successful so keep doing what your doinh

  • no.

  • so i throw like this to but my coaches cant help me at all. they said "go find a submarine coach" psshhh yeah right. this is rare. WTF coach?!?!

  • this isnt actually submarine, the fingers have to be UNDER the ball, not on the side, UNDER.

  • @mrsoxfan33 definitely submarine there bud

  • Very effective style for a reliever. Might need to add a different arm angle(sidearm, three quarters), to further confuse hitters. Could gain a few mph once in a while by doing so. Could to add spliter or forkball thrown submarine, that would be filthy.

  • This does nothing if I cant see the action on the ball!

  • How hard do you throw?

  • Thats not even submarine pitching. Its under-hand throwing. Look at Shunsuke Watanabe then this guy and you know i'm right.

  • Watanabe is one of a kind. i throw like him. but most submarine pitchers throw Side-arms bending there back, like what he's doing

  • yes it is

  • ur a dumbass its submarine

  • @Dainin007 chad bradford to mix in also...heard he had bloody knuckles at times he got so low..this though is def sidearm...

  • @HokiePokie33 this is sub bro. get your shit straight

  • that deliverys awfully close to being illegal. his right foot came off the bag a bit too early on a couple of those pitches...

  • if u wanna see illegal watch linsecum pitch. they never say anything to him about it. watch how early his foot comes off the rubber

  • does it really matter? i dont think any pitchers really stay on the rubber when they throw, it would just be ackward

  • what the fuck are you talking about theres othing wrong with his push foot
