I did the car thing and i jumped and there was a glitch and i walked through the cage killed the malitia then tryed to kil bertrand but he was not solid lolz

If anyone's struggling with the Survive bit...there is a car just outside the cage you get trapped in. BEFORE activating the last transformer, use Kinetic Pulse (R2) to move the car inside the cage. Then you can just take cover behind the car throughout, they don't get a shot on you and you can just enjoy Bertrand's speech :)

On Evil, you can use the Spikers power to release Spikers out of the trap by using the power while standing at a wall in the trap.
