  • BAGUS!!!!!! MAT SABUN PATUT DGR PROF NIE CKP.. AKU PON DAH LETIH DAH NK CERITER KAT GENG2 TEPU.. BUKU MALAS BACA..MAIN SEDAP MULUT JER CKP..

  • Probably we can give mat sabun the credit for making supid statement that a komunis like Mat Indera is a hero in his psychologicalwar to popularise PAS amongst the younger generation like me. Because of him we now know the intricasies of malayan history better than before. At least i know that MARA is actually RIDA i.e rural industry development authority. Excellent lecture by Prof Ramlah. Thank You.

  • British baik? Haiya.. Kena kaji srjarah british.. Apa asas penubuhan negra kecil tu.. Atas tujuan apa mereka menguasai dari timur tengah hingga ka Malaya. Apa kaitan negara itu dengan misi freemasn n iluminat, kenapa mrk serah kuasa dunia kpd As. ?Sempit betul pemikiran dia ni. Kl british tak rompak kita dulu... Skrg kita bole beli kota London dgn emas2 kita. Jgn sampai org kata kt bodoh. Malang sungguh melayu, Sampai skrg british jajah pmikirn kita.

  • I wish i had history teacher like Prof Ramlah and Prof Khoo, then i would have continue my university in History rather than Civil Engineering. Very enligtening.

But i learn in school was UMNO's version of history, making me believe i will learn nothing from university.

I love studying history in my school days. Too bad the government kill my interest.

  • @tiaopiak Actually, what they spoke already there in the curriculum. It is not UMNO version. It is all fact.

But sometimes we take things for granted and history is one of them. While teachers encourage us to remember the 'important points' only, they forgot to 'tell the story'.

History should be taught by telling stories, not some mind-mapping post-it-notes for exam purpose. That's why if you remember, the old textbook we had (brown one) got so many lines and stories in it. It's elaborative!

  • @tokapi I study History up to Form 5 and was very good at it. I am pretty sure up 80% wasn't mentioned in any textbook the teacher uses to teach us.

A lot of left wing / socialist movement for independence was only in a few paragraphs even if a lot of them are famous Malay.

But i agree with you that many teachers just teach important points only leaving many 'stories' unsaid. Which is a pity because all these 'stories' which made History interesting in the first place.

  • kena jajah dalam konteks yang diterangkan.

  • so skrg ni kn jajah ke tidak negara kita ni??
