If you duct tape all the air out, you also duct tape all the oxygen out. It would be like living inside a giant balloon. Eventually, you'll be overcome by your own exhaled carbon dioxide, become unconscious and die from hypoxia. I.e. a lack of oxygen. You should buy an air filter, these can be battery powered, or run by foot like bike pedals. They were everywhere during the cold war.
