I saw something similar a few nights ago but without the deceleration; thought it was a satellite at first until I realised it was at low altitude (compared to a satellites) Tried to film it but all I got was glare from all the street lights :/

According to what we know about this video, these objects being a flying animal of some type is crazier than the idea of them being ET craft or ARV's. that ufo moves like it is being directed by an arm. also, it flies 'around' the stars that are obvious too far away to be an obstacle. and then sometime it flies from one star to another because the person aiming the pocket laser is very pro at fakery. they are real but this is not.
