@BillieJean900 SRAM XO twist shifters.. There great shifters I know most people try to stay away from them but you have to get use to holding the bars differently

Swap the crank to XTR or truvativ noir (if possible use 2 big gears only, 40 & 26 teeth),pedal change to crankbros egg beater...cut the seatpost sufficiently, tyre maxxis light tubeless, wheelset american classic..definitely you'll be scoring 1 digit weight.....(i did.....)
