    The one thing I disagree with though, we had to bail out Bear Sterns or it might have collapsed our banking system.

    Or something to that effect.

    Sorry, I'm not a finance guy, but from what I do understand, it could have been catastrophic.

    Ahhh deregulation, you've got to love it.

    Bear Sterns former ceo loves it with his bazzillion dollar golden parachute.
