Hai! Chinese claimed that their sub was drown by the US sub near Penang Water. The Chinese send more subs to the straight. In my knowlege the UK were having one new sub missing and two sub in troble as the above shooting. By the way our Penang training camp in the Balik Pulau Bukit Kecil was always treatened with the shadow of sub attack. This cause the soldiers always in the fear by the rumour. Either there was a personal animosity between the two men, in which case the officers should have detected it and made sure they never came to blows. Or he was mentally unstable, in which case he should never have been serving aboard the ship in the first place. The Royal Navy is probably the most respected navy in the world, so things like this are completely unacceptable, no matter the circumstances.

I might add that running aground is a routine, sometime unfortunate, often embarrassing,  navigating occurrence. I've done it myself! Usually it's just a matter of waiting until you float off.
