According to the "Pj and Duncan show Interview part 2" (which should still be on youtube) he says he has "blue/green eyes". Basically hazel I guess. I've also noticed this in several photos.

Simply put, depending on how the light hits his eyes they either appear "blue" or they appear "green".

@theHol75 How does tear stained smile make any sense, how would tears stain a smile, even after Dec's constant crying (and his tears actually reaching the teeth) tears can be easily wiped away leaving no stain and no evidence they were ever cried, except the broken heart of Dec. However the drinking of tea, although not as big a problem as tobacco or coffee, can leave a stain on the teeth. Therefore TEAR stained would make very little sense unless he was crying tears of tea.
