How to get the attention of a peacock bass

i caught one with a brand new rapala skitter prop

($6.50) one cast , after landing the fish i noticed that  the other half of my lure is missing. it amazes me how powerful these fish's are

You can get 10 strikes from a peacock and only hook 1. That is if you are lucky! That fish was not trying to eat the lure...merely smashing it away from the fry. Awesome footage!
