  • @galaxieman55 i have a 1979 mustang with a 302 boss with hidden cam, roker rollers, and 5.0 rearend

  • muscle car? pretty sure they stopped building muscle cars in the early 70s and a mustang/capri is definately not considered one in my books. homos

  • That is not a muscle car. Granted I do have a 1990 mustang gt. the car itself isn't classic muscle. However the motor is a 1970 boss 302. That's muscle. EFI = ricer. Not muscle

  • only 1 problem thats a chicks car not a musclecar

  • coool ... but wheres the muscle car??

  • saw no ad here =)

  • yet another ford fag representing for all the other queers that roam the streets in rustangs looking for men to pick up

  • You're calling this a muscle car??

  • one more time please.

  • Chrome hubcaps

  • about as hot as a pinto

  • weak sauce

  • cool it's laughing

  • bad rear leaf springs and shitty shocks cause wheel hope while lighting er up

  • @ford1979truck Fox Mustangs have coil springs, and even with new shocks and springs you can have wheel hop, traction bars are the solution

  • Ya they tend to put more work into the 5.0 mustangs rather than the 4cyl mustangs.

  • Where is the muscle car?

  • That is totally NOT a muscle car.

  • @kthankxbye agreed

  • Eggs, for tires.

  • WTF?

  • Failing? If the car has stiff racing suspention it will do that...

  • @MrTpengineer You obviously know little about stiff racing suspension.

  • @tonyppe The stiffer the suspention the more traction, but will result in wheel hop because of the additional traction. Say again.

  • @MrTpengineer Actually sloppy shock absorbers are what results in bouncy burnouts. Stiffer shocks will solve that as well as anti tramp bars. You never see a race car bounce anywhere. That Mustang, or Capri what ever in the vid is not a race car.

  • i liked the part where the tire hopped

  • Your gonna loose a hubcap like that.

  • obviously not a mustang, its a v3000 87 twin turbo bob saget mgee with a 360 electro converter topped with a gorilla spinner

  • @juniorDUHH oh wait its 720 not 360 sorry bro

  • @unceasingforce are you blind? it says 5.0 right on the side!

  • @2012GT500Supersnake LMAO I hope your not serious XD

  • @unceasingforce you forgot the flux capacitor. that shits for real..

  • Gay ass video AND spammed with an advert.

    Fuck my life.

  • @DamagedF0X Well, what did you expect to see?

  • @murfmeef A car failing?

    Blow up?

    Throw a rod?

    Idc, blow a tire.

  • Now that's a real BURGER (american ricer), we call them like that here :)

  • tired of seeing this piece of shit car.......just crash it into a wall a do us all a favor little ricer boy.

  • wannabe mustang, not even a v8

  • @beertits4me your retarded its not even a mustang its a mercury capri 5.0 v8 , i hate little noobs like you.

  • @jacklental, the capri has smaller tail lights then the mustang, clearly the taillights are bigger on hte mustang

  • @bassline123456789 your probably are thinking about the bubble hatch capri, this looks like a early 80's capri 82 maybe?? dude i have a mexican mustang ( capristang) and my taillights are the same as this one and are interchangeable with normal foxbody mustang taillights, and if you look at the video u can see part of the front and its clearly a Capri.

  • that hurts on so many levels

  • panhard rod needed.. remove open wheeler diff needed! fuck it! just buy a car that has some form of lsd!

  • Haha, not even enough power to keep the tires from skipping... how pathetic.

  • lol @ muscle car , i laughed

  • the new camaros are the same way

  • love the way the hatch is bouncing up and down

  • @trickpony50 looks like there was more than was goin on in the video to make the Hatch bounce....hehe

  • @trickpony50 and the muffler haha

  • Damn that ride has more power than a [insert your favorite muscle car.]

  • the fail is calling a ford a muscle car

  • you white guys need to stick to hondas and v6 camaros!

  • @Beast5oh nah i think us white people will just stick to what we do best, controlling the worlds population ; )

  • @Beast5oh lmfao camaros shouldnt even be in that statement

  • shitty ass mustangs i wish my trans am had monster truck wheels so i could run them all over

  • @americanman911

This is even a mustang first of all, its a Mercury Capri which resembles fox body mustangs and has the 5.0

  • @americanman911 a mercury is a ford the reason they resemble eachother is because there the same car built on the same platform with the same parts u fail these cars are terrible and should all be destroyed

  • what a piece of shit

  • thats an intimidating hamster =p

  • torsion bars!

  • What a pile of crap. Fixin ta fall all apart just from that weak ass little burnout. Not even worthy of being titled a "muscle car"

  • Also known as axle tramp I think? The worst I have ever seen

  • That's what the new Camaro does.

  • shit muscle car

  • fail for engineering that was seen on horse draw carts 3 cheers for leaf springs! my bugs got more advance engineering and its about 25 years older!

  • @MadBaz101 That Capri has a four link coil srpung rear end. No idea where you see any leaf springs...

  • what part makes it a muscle car?

  • Nice Capri. But failed launch/burnout.

  • this is what happens when the wheel spins it gets a slight bump in the tire which then causes it to be very unbalanced this is wheel hop

  • its live axal and thers no water down so thats what you get and there probably street radials and have a lot of traction

  • put water down you wont have wheel hop

  • I guess this really makes them mustang owners piss

  • haha i didnt think that was even posable hahaha lolz :D

  • First, the wheels gunna come off or his tire will burst and probably wreck the fender. Then, the rubber retainer Ford uses to hold the exhaust up will break and that dumb looking aftermarket tip is gunna fall with the rest of the catback haha

  • He doesn't look like he works out..

  • worst mustangs ever built

  • he needs traction bars

  • A new set of shocks auta stop that problem....

  • not even a muscle car

  • I was waiting for the hubcap to go flying....

  • whats the point of this video?

  • @AviTheBlader Uhh...no?

  • @AviTheBlader your a fail

  • hes itching himself you retards. Gosh

  • soooo someone remind me the reason for burning tires?

  • @LittlePyroMakeBoom None, there just faggots

  • Its not a fail its a fail to the driver if he knew anything bout cars he would know torsion bars are needed to remove that wheel hop

  • brostang fail

  • wtf

  • traction bars

  • Honestly, I don't really get why you guys always say you'll "Smoke a honda". Last time I really checked, the only FAST honda is the NSX. The civic, is like 100 horsepower. And I'm not going exact. The honda isn't made for racing or being fast. While Muscle cars are made for power. Actually, in fact. Most Japanese cars aren't made for racing. Just many are TRY and used for racing. So shut the fuck up and give an exact car when you say you'll smoke a car. Smfh.

  • @azndrifter183 agree, the only jap car built 4 racing is the gtr. anyone that says there racers, yet own a honda a posers that play too many videogames

  • @RobertoDelTaco he said most, not the all but the gtr, js, the mitsubishi lancer evo's were purpose built rally cars BEFORE they ever made a street going version

  • @RobertoDelTaco Yea, because the WRX wasn't meant to be a rally car right?

  • Not sure how this is a fail, he would smoke your Honda thats for sure though.

  • I would call this a maintenance fail instead.

  • Bent rims dont cause wheelhop lol, The rear suspension turns to crumbly old poo after these years and the rear end winds up hits a bump stop and recoils. SCIENCE!

  • @intheshitter u mean Disgrace the Ming Dynasty

  • i reackon thats an easy way to take the muffler off lol

  • i fucked a chick once that made sounds like the slo-mo wheel hop.

  • @Orbit915 i bet you didnt:)

  • Rim was prolly bent or way off balance too.

  • Bushings are most likely shot and the quad shocks are um, shot.

  • LOL at this guy that thinks he´s the grand daddy on a beat up Mustang with hubcaps!! Still, better than a Civic...

  • the trunk looks like its guna pop open lol

  • well your first problem is... its a rustang haha

  • more like ford fail

  • blown out shocks?

  • @v3eclipseR its needs new suspension bushing its called wheel hop

  • bmw?

  • @enjoiyoutube ford mustang...mabey a capri

  • 1) Hold your breath.

    2) Copy all of these steps.

    3) Go to two other video.

    4) Paste it in the comments.

If you can do all of this without breathing you're a good pot smoker

  • rear control arms perhaps .....

  • HAHAHAHAhaYAHahAaAhaHAhaHANomnomnomhaHA, i'm not laughing, i'm eating

  • Also known as axle tramp. If different springs and shocks don't cure it, try tramp rods.

  • I'm a GM man but those old Capris and Stangs were cool cars.. don't tear it up too bad..you will miss it when it's gone.

  • just need stiffer shocks

  • FORD= Found On the Road Dead

  • @Pimplogic oh fotrd haha dumb fuck. fuck ricers muscle FTW bitch my ford lawn mower would eat your honda

  • @Pimplogic FORD= Fucks Other Retarded Drivers

  • probably cupped the fuck out of that tire haha.

  • Think it's ment to be funny because his cars shit

  • What was supposed to happen? I don't get it.

  • quick way to break a axel.....

  • it must have had a swap thats why theres no shocks on the differential causing wheel hop.

  • Could someone explain where the humour is in this video? Not being rude or anything. I just genuinely have no clue what's so funny?

  • @tommysdaman I don't think there is meant to be any thing specifically funny, The video is showing what is known in car terms as wheel hop, where the wheel of the car bounces up and down when power is applied to it.

Whats comical is how exaggerated this one is!

  • ive seen this car in a few videos being destroyed

  • id name it thumper!

  • love how the slow motion shows how much shock the vehicle actually takes from wheel hop

  • ahhh the mustang.... notorious for the bunny-hopping the rear axle...

  • damn look at the hatch opening up and closing.. crazy

  • shitty traction wustang

  • I give it a +1 for the flapping hatch, lol

  • theres a video from motortrend where they show a gt500 2010 doing a burnout

and it does a weird wheel hop for a new car

    i think

so i dont agree with the old car theory

  • lmao that shit is BAD!

  • lol

  • lucky you, you get a burnout and a massage at the same time!

  • how is wheel hop destroying a car?

  • @richardmaudsley77 and again, my last comment, GT racing cars around the world all weigh 3000lbs, they are the fastest cars in the world aside from open wheelers that create downforce...

  • @richardmaudsley77 the only metro ever considered fast was the rally edition, which was AWD

and the lotus 7 was from the 50's and had 40 horsepower, of course being light would be beneficial.

Take a look at the Lotus Exige today, it's small, cost $60-75k USD, weighs 2000lbs and has a 200hp motor, yet a big 3500lbs 2010 Camaro has posted faster lap times on several tracks that the Exige has been on.

  • @richardmaudsley77

however my point was to GT cars, such as ALMS GT1/2, Japan Super GT, Euro GT3, even touring cars like Australian V8SC, DTM touring (mercedes, audi, bmw), etc...

All of these cars are race cars stripped to the bear minimum, yet they are all still over 3000lbs (except for a few Le Mans GT1 cars that create downforce such as the C6R Vette). Unless an underpowered car, less weight is not advantageous, it has less stability and grip at high speeds.

  • @richardmaudsley77 the Metro AWD and I'm sure if you look hard enough somewhere it's been tested for skidpad/slalom as every single car on the planet has been.

As well I agree with you for the most part about Ferarri and all exotics, for that matter. most of the cars are overpriced POS', but the absolute top of the line of them (ie: Enzo, Carerra GT, Murcielago, etc...) are all the best in the world...Even if the ZR1 Corvette and Nissan GTR can beat/compete with them for a fraction of the price

  • @richardmaudsley77

Well then if they dont have the power to use it, you generally scale a car by it's skidpad and slalom performance, which the Cobalt also leads FWD cars in.

And you're also saying that GT racing cars around the world are 3000lbs because of features and toys? The Enzo is 3000lbs and it doesnt even have an AC, radio or power windows.

Aside from underpowered cars, the only cars that benefit from being lighter are downforce cars (ie: formula1)

  • @richardmaudsley77

the records are lap times. If a Cobalt goes around a track faster than a VW GTI, Civic Si, etc...it's simply because it's a better performing car.

And a Cobalt isnt light, it weighs 3000lbs, which is the sweet spot for handling stability, reason why corvettes, ferrari's, lambos etc are all 3000lbs...

  • @richardmaudsley77

alright then, it's not the best handling, but it holds FWD lap time records for tracks such as Nurburgring, VIR, Laguna Seca, and pretty much every other track it's been on in North America.

  • @richardmaudsley77

Dont forget the Cobalt, still north america's fastest/best handling FWD car...only 1 car in the world beats it, a $45k Renault hatchback.

but I agree, GM has always been garbage except when it came to sports cars.

  • ok jeffuryca you are just mad that you blew up your car before 100k miles because u forgot to change the oil... any car that is run right can last forever with just basic things like oil change and brake pad replacment, you would never have to change the clutch if your not dropping it all the time

  • ricestang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • time for a torque arm buddy and new lower control arms!

  • 1st off, I do not believe the 2nd story even a little because it is impossible. No car can go 450K with ONLY oil changes. No car. NONE. No BMW, No Mercedes or even Honda or Toyota, it is simply impossible. Soft parts are made to wear as they as driven. Things like clutches, belts, chains and other soft parts in the suspension. 2nd if you take a properly stored ANYTHING & put gas in it & new oil etc, there is no reason at all it shouldn't run. Storage is no measure of reliability. Save me the BS.

  • o really? no car or truck at all? thats why my old f150 had 350k on it and my company truck has 546k on it? everything stock on both...

  • LMAO, that literally made me laugh out loud. You just totally proved how amazingly stupid & uninformed you really are about vehicles. Learn something before you open your mouth. The Rolls Royce has NEVER in the history of cars been considered reliable. NEVER. They have ALWAYS been considered a rich mans car because only a rich man can keep one on the road. The ONLY thing a Rolls is known for is the quality of the refinement of the vehicle, that is it. They are like a gold ring & about as useful.

  • LOL, which world do you live on? So Ford trucks are better than Chevy or GMC eh? The GM products make more horsepower, torque & look a million times more styling than the boxy looking Fords in stock trim. The Cadillac has ALWAYS been considered the premium American luxury car on the planet by anyone and everyone who counts. When you get a limo, do you want a Cadillac or a Lincoln? Exactly. You are also calling the 300M a piece of shit, which I find hilarious as it is on a Mercedes chassis. LMAO

  • The poster states: THIS IS WHAT WHEEL HOP IS. And he shows you. If you didn't want to know, you should've stopped watching at. And, although I'm not exactly a fan of Fords myself, the wheel hop is because this is an older car that probably needs new suspension bushings, NOT because it's a Ford.

  • Thanks, I couldn't have said it better myself.

  • @98integraGSR how'd he do that though, wouldnt you need the brakes in the front and have the car in rear wheel drive?

  • @csidaznigga you mean, for the car to hop like that? Wheel hop is caused by there being too much slack in the suspension concerning the wheel's vertical axis, although it can also be greatly affected by chassis/subframe rigidity.

  • @98integraGSR yeah well what if the skid line were parallel to the vertical axis? i think this is caused by the clutch slipping, because my dodge aries did the same thing. for some reason, the brakes would lock up on one side and i would start to wheel hop the back wheel from a stand off.

  • @98integraGSR wheelhop happens when you have IRS instead of a straight axle

  • @APontiacof455cubes - you're kidding, right?

  • @APontiacof455cubes " wheelhop happens when you have irs instead of straight axle" , what in the world makes you think that? did you hear someone else say it? fucks sake man, if you dont know anything, learn about it before you say stupid ignorant crap. care to offer an explanation of your logic? probably not, you are so mercifully free of the ravages of intelligence.

  • @benspeed1974 i thought wheelhop was a problem for IRS equipped vehicles much more if not only for compared to straight axle rears

  • @98integraGSR no the wheel is hopping cause its getting to much traction and it cant go forward so it goes up

  • @98integraGSR its not the suspension bushings, it needs TRAC BARS

  • @98integraGSR vert true people should learn before speaking...

  • @98integraGSR Yeah but Fords are still horseshit.

  • @MagicMirror981 Okay, so in countless cases it's proven that Ford's have beaten Holden's.

    So ummm yeah..
