If mozilla:

Check your options and prefs. The "ABP stopsign", on mozilla's toolbar, should be red when you're on youtube -- not green. maybe you've accidently allowed blocked sites to show ads which also happened to me when i started using it. so, make sure you have the right filter added and have the "disable on youtube" and "disable on this site only" UNCHECKED.
