Yes they did but thats because they came in too fast. I'll sometimes come in hot like that if I know the taxiway that I need is further down the runway. Spending a lot of time on the runway or taking too long on the approach generally ticks off ATC in class bravo airspace. ;)
JTH1999 hit it dead on. Better to get down to the taxiway that you need than to spend 3 years on the runway.....especially in Atlanta. In doing so, you screw up the sequence, spacing and might cause the aircraft behind you to go around which in turn.....screws up the sequence. But yes I do agree with you, the TDZ was missed but that happens. lol
it's funny and coincidence that the camera moved in the right position to read "Fly Delta Jets" in the background when rolling off the runway. I assume that this is ASA or Skywest since it's at ATL?
In such a small plane (With a long runway) it doesn't matter if they missed the TDZ because even flying above the ground they continue to lose speed.
They are definitely monitoring speed as they did this.

Greased the landing but your right they did not hit the TDZ. Overshot at least 1000ft. Still safe lol
