that is some fresh shi it i like the commercial thing like adam and eve huh. the devil made me do it. do the raw thing, i was doing it and lost 15 pounds in no time. but i had a freak out one day went to the movies and brought only one avocado but seen two movies and was so hungry so i did some fried sunflowers and a pear. came home and still was hungry did a donut, and that gave me permission to do chocolate. been eating crap for 3 days, gained 6 pounds. i am back on track. dont go hungry aloha
