  • 19 dislikes the people on the ground who shit themselfs

  • "Pull up! Pull up!"

  • Damn! That takes skills! Controlling a beat like the Herc like that in extremely low levels, WOW!

  • low flyer achivement??

  • crazy sweden...

  • They used to do this over here to "break in" the cargo handlers, they'd stand on top of a van at the end of the runway, and the herc would do a low fly over to teach handlers not to be afraid of the A/C. The planes were apparently so low you could touch them. Sadly i don't think this happens any more after one handler lost his head. (Literally)

  • haha, hva hender med måten han prater? virker som det er det mest dramatisk som har skjedd noen gang...

  • I've been lower...

  • This is a swedish pilot no longer serving due to this stunt. An RAF pilot killed a guy recently with a trick just like this. His rear bay door hit a ground crew man with a stunt where the ground crew try to stroke the belly of the aircraft as it flys very low over head, front section of the bay door struck the groundcrew man & took his head and the top 18 inches of spine. All the air crew and ground crew involved were given disshonourable disscharges. Bloody Stupidity that costs lives.

  • Since when is flying low an issue... All he was doing was staying out of reach of enemy radar ;-)

  • That's a little low.

  • This pilot should be dropped from 10000 feet without a parachute, also just for the fun of it, then you don't fool around with planes paid by taxpayers. Flying military planes is not for fun

  • @sonnylatchstring Are you serious? You think he should be murdered for breaking these rules...? Think about what your suggestion and get back to me...

  • @sonnylatchstring u r right sir... but doing the things u like i already having fun... and believe me... flying a big plane is was too much fun...

  • @sonnylatchstring lol and on every other video, where the pilot didnt get suspended, the comments are: FUCK YEAH; tax dollars at work; now THATS usa; *other patriotic stuff*...

  • @sonnylatchstring not just only for fun, they used to do this after a sucessful drill.

  • @sonnylatchstring Idiot.

  • Whatever he lacked in judgement he made up in control of the aircraft.

  • I like that much!!! super!

  • Amazing, just like a pilot from Argentina :P

  • I flew MC-130's in my day and have been on many low level flights but this was just insane. Good piloting for sure but also real lucky.

  • Det är min jobbar kompis bror som flyger planet......

  • Its called a beat up, Ive tried it in a shak, awesome.

  • why the pilot get suspended? thats some damn good flying!

  • That c130 almost became an ac130 without needing guns.

    Just run `em over

  • suspended from flying? wtf?

the guy is just awsome!! |m|

  • Hahahaha fan va cool :))

  • Imagine getting hit by one of those

  • Good way to kill zombies...

  • i crossed my fingers and hoped he take a head with him but... no :(

  • Gotta love pilots!!! "it was just a joke" classic! He was probably wearing aviators too!!!

  • I can hear it now "Woop Woop pull up!, Terrain Terrain!!! Landing Gear!!!" lol

  • I WISH I WAS THERE!

  • Wow, I'm so happy I got to hear that man talking. Would've been a shame to miss his insightful comments to really make this video exciting, since I'm sure a C-130 flying 20 ft overhead sounds incredibly boring. Well, actually, I'm not 100% certain of that since I didn't get the chance to hear it for myself, but surely it must have been so incredibly lame that the only thing that could be done to make it more interesting was to replace that audio with monotonous narration. Yep, xcellent decision.

  • @danieldeibler did you even read the text?? "unfortunately there is no audio from the video"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Does this guy on the ground have an AK-47 and a Mag over his shoulders?

  • @DasFetteGollum we don't use AK's in sweden :)

  • @amlindquist

Well, not in the classic sense. But isn´t fthe FNC designated AK 5 in the Swedish army?

  • @amlindquist AK5 ;)

  • @DasFetteGollum Nope. It's the swedish AK5 ( FN-FNC)

  • Trust the military to suspend and investigate one of it's most talented pilots.

  • The Paratoopers on the ground should beat the shit out of the pilot and then say it was only a "joke'.

  • woah hahahaha nice catch.

  • 0:51 guy didn't even flinch, I would have hit the deck!

  • if a pilot did that to me i would always love him or her lol

  • holly shit fuckin duck

  • Enemy AC-130 Above

  • @moneytalks1911 mw2 sucks

  • @moneytalks1911 omg you are a codtard! Do you see guns on its left side? DO you? I didn't think so. All the videos about guns are filled with retarded comments about mw2. Search for the fastest reload ever and you'll see what i mean

  • jepp

  • Being a show-off could actually ruin your career.

  • WOW!

  • fuck ,run!!!!!!!!!

  • i could have screamed like a little bitch

  • i would hit the deck if i saw that or run out

    the way

  • Jaevla svenska!

  • Not too smart during peace time. Awesome flying if it's war.

  • how's your hear? get rocked

  • just to let you know, the pilot wasn't doing it for fun... he just wanted a splatter spree! lol

  • Stupid that the pilots got susepended.

They need to be able to take maneuvers like this.

  • @solsviken True sucks that they got supended for something like that. I perrsonally think it was awesome flying but then again sure the inspectors would say they risked government property and risk lifes :p I just think if you can pull stunts like that send him to support special forces or something where you need that kind of skill not suspend him.

  • nothing unusual !

  • I don't understand how a pilot could've been suspended for this. USAF birds do stuff like this all the time. They fly low and then kick pallets out the back that are attached to drag shoots. This looks like normal training. I think the only mistake the pilot made was to not have his landing gear down in case he accidentally touched the ground.

  • @discofishing

No, the only mistake he did that got him suspended was for this film to reach the media.

The pilots have to be able to make manouvres like this.

  • Detta är faktiskt min polares pappa som flyger, Han är fortfarande kvar inom flygvapnet men får inte flyga längre

  • "the whole idea was only a joke" Perfect.

  • It's a fine line between hot dogging & training. The only way you can test your low level flying skills is by flying low. In wartime it could save your life. This guy made the mistake of demonstrating those skills to some who couldn't appreciate the location he was doing it.

  • I wouldn't suspend a dude that could fly that as close to him as he did.

  • Great Video! BTW Thanks for the subtitles!

  • why was the pilot suspended? if it was an actual problem with the plane, the guys on the ground would be dead

  • @RYOWATANABE12 The pilot was suspended because this was a Stupid 'Stunt' That Put the Aircraft and many people's lives at danger, I would love to have been there though, Sucks for the pilot,

  • Hey look an airp- HOLY SHIT!

  • Ja i Sverige måste man hålla sig till reglerna!

Allah nåde den som skulle våga skoja lite.

  • the purpose of the aircraft is to be able to takeoff and land on small strips. I've ridden in them many times in RVN.

  • He would make an excellent combat pilot

  • crazy AC-130 at your six!!

  • @Spartan007George Actually, that's not a Spectre but a C-130E.

  • @Spartan007George Its a C170

  • too bad about him being discharged...I say send him to the crews that do the low level cargo drops...he'd be perfect!

  • Thanks for the subtitles!!!!!

  • No problem..

  • B.s. looks like a practice run for a low level none landing cargo drop, but then I can't understand the commentator's language

  • at 0:40 he's definetly lower than 5 Meters!

    awesome =) 5*

  • This isn't fake.

The pilot was under investigation for it, and I think he lost his license.

  • This was a normal flyby after finishing training excersises according to the pilot himself and others interviewed.

He probably wouldn't be discharged if media never had gotten hold of the video. It was simply done to silent all the critics. He can thanks his buddies now.

  • @VenScripter military pilots dont have licenses

  • true, but he probably lost his wings if the media freaked

  • @selracterim2 no this was real

  • see how close that c-130 was to those people

  • very crazy pilot!

  • Cool Dude. If they ever need real Soldiers to save their sorry asses they will be very lucky if they have guys with balls AND skills like him. Same situation here in germany. All this political correctness makes me so sick. Fuck the politicians

  • Nothing like a pilot with a death wish.

  • verry skilled pilot.

  • beatiful aircraft + good flying = perfection

  • Those guys on the ground had more balls than brains.

  • @19elgato46 Swedish people , you know ;D

  • @19elgato46 its hardcore!

  • damn!!

  • Gays, this should't be a dihonorable discharge, this pilot is the BOS:

  • yeh but he doesn't own the aircraft though

  • He has skill, but then again, the next time he tries it he may beat his record by 5 metres or so and then you have a very expensive gouge in the ground with some very flat paratroopers.

  • some crazy ass ground effect too. especially for of aircraft of that size.

  • Want to see a C130 really very low?

  • It's too bad there's no audio for the Herc swooping low like that... it would've been just awesome!

  • What proof do you have a pilot was suspended or up for discharge? Just a cry baby troop bash.

  • @bbaker904 He's saying in Swedish that the pilot is in trouble. At 0:33 he says the pilot is suspended.

  • I can't understand what all the fuss is about. although the pass looks extremely low this is about the right altitude for a LAPES approach. The RAF used this for relief ops in Africa. Although LAPES is no longer used.

  • badass

  • Sure it was low, but the Americans under the plane thougt it was awsome, only reason he was suspended was because media found out.

  • HOLY crap that was low!!!!!!

  • i bet Shaq could jump up and touch it with no effort at all lol

  • YEAH GREAT! COOL GUY

  • discharge him for what ?

having some skill. thats like a surgeon performing a heart bypass and getting fired for doing a great job.

  • He's practicing for a tank drop.

Airborne Drop a Tank from a Plane: M551 Sheridan

  • No ,,, i´m swedish and they saying that the pilot was just playing with the airplan... And they say that the pilot was dismiss at once!!

  • Dumb ass pilot. If something like that happend here in the US they would put that fucker under the jail. CRAZY!!!!!

  • I would have shit my self If I was that guy at 0:17

  • hell YES

  • This pilot is better than any the Swedish Air Force has. If they dishonorably discharge him, they will be losing the best of the best.

For once let common sense reign and allow this man to continue flying large aircraft.

  • I understand what you see about the pilot's skill taking it that low but common sense was out the window about 100 feet above where he was...Used to fly all the time in these, no wheels down and going that fast that low he is lucky he didn't pancake those reporters. The controls and control surfaces on a 130 aren't like a stunt plane...Danm lucky pilot, not good...

  • A few years back an RAF C-130 flew low over some soldiers and one hit his head on the ramp as it flew over.. killed him.. I'd prefer to stand off to the side and watch this sort of fly by.

  • super

  • I would have shit my pants if that happened to me

  • A member of the UK armed forces was killed on the ground some years back following a low flypast just like this. When you pull back on the 'stick' the nose doesn't go up - the tail goes DOWN.

  • what is the guy crazy or something?!?! That was WAY to low!!

  • I got to fly on one of those

  • Nice flyby video!

BTW I might get a thumbs down for this, but this is probably one of those videos that if it was done by someone American people would start to say "Only in America"

  • Good call

  • Have they landed one on an aircraft carrier?

  • Indeed, but that only further proved the convenience capabilities of the C130

    oO

  • I mean the Europeans, or is it "only in America"

  • I must have misunderstood you my good sir.

  • Yes, there has been a C-130 landed on an aircraft carrier. There should be a video of it here on YouTube somewhere. Should find it by easy with a search.

  • just like me in FSX xD!!

  • whoa just above their heads! i bet they fell down afterwards by that plane wind push force

  • 0:40 dude in white "Fuck that for a laugh!"

  • What a crazy pilot. As a Flight Engineer in my previous life, I would have been hitting that Pilot on the head with a flashlight (after he pulled up out of that stupid maneuver). That guy was seriously like 25 feet off the ground. We did something like this once, but it was about 50 feet off the ground and I chewed the pilot's ass afterwards. Any variation in air pockets would have crashed that plane and killed a bunch of people. He was hauling some ass!

  • Sporty. As an ex herk load, this makes me smile. If only they had cameras in Iraq. I remember one time departing Al Taqadum flying so low over the water that we made a couple of fishermen bail out of their boat. Thats was a damn fine crew, and I fully trusted that pilot.

  • Stupid M.F. any turbulence or down draft he could have had there f***ing heads off. Keep flying like that and and he'll have white feathery wings not metal ones. My mate did a similar trick, hit an adverting hording, took us 24 hrs to dig him out of the cockpit. All we buried was burnt mince meat. Left a wife and 2 kids.

  • Comment removed

  • A Belgian C-130 pilot did the same thing to our compound in Somalia on a couple of occasions, trying to touch the tennis ball on top of our whip antenna prior to landing. When confronted, said he was in control and much too good for anything to happen. One of our corporals told him the next time he did that, when he landed, some of the boys would be firing rounds from their rifles to within 6 in. of the pilot's feet, but don't worry, they're in control and much too good for anything to happen.

  • LOL That made my day!

  • hahahaha, awsome reply from the corporal

  • This is a plain example of pure ignorance

  • 350 km/h? no...i DoN´t ThInK sO

  • ramp/door open=150kts or less, 50%flaps=180kts or less

  • at least his co-pilot remembered to turn on the landing lights.

  • Man borde få stora hörselskador

  • The best "Low Level" air action vid on youtube is "Born to Fly Airplanes". It's fantastic !!

  • the dumb sob flying that should be delivering newspapers from a bicycle after that stunt

  • if you look close you can see it is reporters on the field, not paratroopers.

  • thats cool

  • Hell Yeah! Thats my favorite aircraft going low on that shit! Hey imagine doing that with a B 52

  • I'm a Flight Engineer on Herks, and I've seen and done some pretty hairy stuff, but this is pretty scary. We do drop supplies from pretty low, but not this low by a long shot. There is procedure called "LAPES" where they drop this low, but it's on a runway and the wheels are down. This is just crazy.

  • THATS BLOODY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

  • wtf dangerous :P but that language made me laugh xD

  • its swedish, whats so funny? scheisse on my ass.

  • uh-ooh i guess i insulted someone

  • fuck!!!!!!!!!!lol

  • How immature, he was trying to show off as it says in the description, thats really unsafe if he didnt control it well enough I bet the propellers would have shredded the paratroopers, if this was in England he would proberly never get to fly again.

  • They do maneuvers like this to drop vehicles and supplies so how is this any different? It's a plane if it crashes in any manner people will die, so I don't see the big deal here.

  • I suppose you didnt read the description then "A pilot C-130 Hercules decided to show off and few 5 meter/16 feet above ground......"it says he decided to show off.

  • Do they normally have people directly under the plane though when they're dropping supplies?

  • Yes, but they only stand in the drop zone....once

  • I hælvete?. Er det sånn di flyr i sverige?

  • shit

  • that's just what they called a flyby

    and its a nice one

  • hahahahahahahahaha woops

  • U r Rah! thetumta

  • why did they discharge him? it takes great skill to fly that low. Well done to him, i bet the US airforce would have him or the RAF. They like flying low.

  • "BLAB BLAB BLAB" SHUT UP!!!!

  • It looks like his drop door is open, who's to say he wasn't doing an unscheduled simulated drop. You have to fly that low when dropping tanks and other equipment.

  • Pussy paratrooper. He should have been the one discharged.

No fighting force needs pussies like him.

They do need god-awesome pilots like that one!

  • they need pilots with a sense of responsibility.

at this altitude you only need one bit of turbulence and you have your mulitmillion dollar plane deadsmack on the bottom.

at around 300 MPH that makes a big mess

  • Responsibility or immortality?

  • Or was temporarely grounded.

  • From what i can remember i think he was fired

  • read the description ;)

  • no he was just fired in a month :)

  • As I wrote, nice flying.

  • This is so fucking crazy!!

    Spectacular!

  • Nice flying! A real airforce need pilots like this. (This i not an airliner with old ladies on board)
