personally, i think this album sounds overproduced. they try alot of new shit but i don't think it manages to sound as captivating as white pony, which was experimental as well. atf and self titled sounded very raw and dark. this album not so much, but there are some great songs on it (combat, riviere, cherry waves, xerces).

give it a try, it's nice to see a band not releasing an album that sounds like the previous one (i'm looking at you, tool).

great song! I like how the deftones have evolved over the years, If they just stayed the same it would get boring. I must admit the lead singers voice has deteriated some what over time, but still a good band none the less, with each new deftons record you get something new, which is what makes this band so great, you never know what your gonna get.
