You'll have to get an official verdict from the man himself but I'm pretty sure it was the simple Am, F, C, G transition. Think he's playing the F as an E/B though (033210). Capo on 2. Transition from Am to E/B and C to G is a little later than the other two transitions. Sounds nice :)
