thank you so much, I'm struggling with this problem as well.. seein those effects really scare me because I have perfict teeth but this habbit is and will ruin them. not to mention the mental damage because of everything going on... your great and I appreciate this video a lot :) I will try my hardest to win this struggle and become a more healthier and happier person.
