What exactly is an indian flute? I can't say that I've heard of it, though it sounds beautiful...and that little lispy sound that it has at the end of holding a long note reminds me of a dove calling.

BPM Beats per minute? I have no idea but I love the sound of the flute -especialy Native American. It is great for meditating as It affects the Alpha and theta waves putting the brain into a very relaxed state. Have you tried bi aural beats? There are many I have found posted here on utube but you must listen to them with headphones on in order for them to work correctly. I think I have some posted on my playlists but a search for bi aural beats here at utube should bring many of them up.
