Look, I have had many issues hacking GB pokemon games. The GB ones don't work, and GBC/A are just as annoying. I was looking for something made from code. They ripped the RPG Maker XP Kit completley from the internet. and if SOPA passes, all that will disappear.

Hmm depends. If you change all the sprites it takes days. If you just change back grounds and pokemon maybe a day.

It depends if you change all the sprites or not, it would most likely take a week at least to change everything.
