you know that car is worth an easy $2000 in the states, in oregon old L-series subarus are failry common to find on craigslist , the average is $500 for cheap one to $4000 at a dealer for a pristine one, most are $900 ,mine was $300
but an impreza there is only 1 in my area for $2400 and its not even a wagon or awd another is $2000 and ita sedan yuck, auto double yuck but atleast its awd,
then one $1200 far away with 260k miles! looks like it need some work too
@crammage Yeah! Dual range, pretty handy in the snow for sure! This one was cheap but I think it would need a lot of welding to get it back on the road, so at the moment it is my redneck rally car. :)

@gpzDave no not so cheap and not so cheap to run I think single turbo would do me fine Im looking at a few different estate cars right now I need to get shut of my van I had a cherokee jeep before the van I need something with a bit of power and comfort.
@chox2001 Yes this ones not that fast once you get out of 1st, where the 4WD can dig in. The boot isn't actually that big mate, you would probably need to take the back seats out to use it as a replacement for a van. It's comfy for sure, even this one is smooth as you like.

Aaaaaahhhhhh thats what it is I like it I would have gone for the turbo or maybe twin turbo model but then I would get a better deal on insurance.
I guess your going to get it through its MOT and sell it on while making a few videos along the way.
