Waaait a minute... You're 13?! You're so lucky! I wish I knew about parkour and free running at that age!! Dude, if you train hard starting now, like push yourself to the max, stretch daily and keep flexible, you'll be sooooo damn good by the time you're 18. Also, you want to condition yourself, both muscle wise and pain tolerance wise. Look up iron fist and similar techniques, it is best to condition pain wise at a young age, you'll progress like crazy. Good luck!
@qacermacer I could do everything in this video EXCEPT the back tuck, but I'm working on those. Just a really, really weird feeling to go almost straight up, then flip yourself upside down, I keep thinking I'm going to land on my head, but in another week or two I'll have my back tucks as-well. As for the handstand, I could have done much better. I've been challenging myself lately, trying handstands on uneven surfaces and such, a couch would be no problem.
I have seen those bars and I question them, how on earth do they stay on the wall! On the donkey kick, tuck back - Go all the way up to handstand before doing the donkey kick. Try not to break anything also in the room :D
@Domkingofsk8 Basicly, the bottom bar pushes on either side of the doorframe, then a metal tube comes of that and hooks around the top on the other side. The top bar that you can see doesn't have a purpose, it's just an extra bar.
