Are the base blocks just made of plywood, and are they able to be made in a home shop? I've accumulated 2 shotshell presses, one metalic, one powder measure and a lube-sizer.
I was going to cobble something together myself, but...
That's the most awesome thing on youtube. Lee really had their thinking caps on for this one. I wanted one but Midway is sold out right now. I'll wait till june, for I like Larry to keep living the dream.
Do you feel like there are any real advantages to Dillon, or perhaps RCBS equipment? I notice you use alot of Lee Precision brand equipment. I have looked through the Cabelas catalog, and wanted to get yor take on this issue...
Now the screws are just going into the metal plate correct? They aren't screwing through the plate into the bench?? My fear of screwing into the bench iteslf time and time again, probably take a while, however, making the holes bigger requiring movement to another location on the bench... Thanks and nice vid. Still looking at this system...
Damn, pretty slick 8888. I just got my first Hornady progressive press from craigs list. Sure makes shooting 9mm, .40, & .45 fun again! Just wish my Glocks were lead kosher.

Nice, looks like it would save a lot of time. I dont think you really need a faster way unless you plan on changing presses every minute haha

you could probably find some sort of fastener that are quicker then screws to cut the time down even more.
