i need help thee bird on the bottom (i am asumming that is the female)

i have a bird called smoki and its is doing what the bird on the bottom does except he/she isn't mating so can someone help me tell if my bird is a gorl or boy

Somki is 1 year old and 7 months

Smoki has not layed any eggs

Smoki gas a sort grey and white of checked tail

Smoki is fully grey has white tips

Please help
