Hey guys!

I downed Nefarian 10man normal just last night in BWD with a full guild group.

The one MAJOR thing besides the complex strategy, is getting the flow of the fight. Once you know exactly not only YOU should be but your team mates, you'll feel a billion times more at ease.

I'm a strictly PvP Holy Paladin, and only came as a favor to my guild, I did this entire raid and Nef in full pvp gear, healing.

Just an annotation to add to you video that you may want to add to your video, there is a sweet spot below's ony belly where you can dodge both the tail swipe and the electricity so dps (except hunters) can stack there

It used to be dpsing is easiest, and some fights it still is, but memorizing a rotation and applying it while avoiding things can be just as tough as positioning a boss, holding agro and getting hit, my suggestion, make a shaman and dual spec him resto/elemental at 30 and make a warrior or paladin and spec them protection/fury(warrior) or protection/retribution(paladin­) that way u have a melee dps, a tank, a ranged dps, and a solid healer for either group or tank healing, then just

Would you say this is harder in 10m than Cho'gall is? I've heard Cho'gall is the worst in 10 (and I can attest to that as my group wiped on it for something like 4 weeks before suddenly one shotting him one week o.O;). We've attempted Nef a little (gonna finish Al'akir off first!) and the first phase was an incredible mess, mainly with the adds. We had a dps kiting them and then tried hunter pet tanking them (which apparently had been done before) but ughh... glad this video is out now though!<3

It's kinda hard to compare, it really depends on your raid composition. I find Cho'gall easier since it's more of a dps style fight while the few times I've fought Nef it's all come down to Phase 2 and it's more about healing and interrupting.

In the Nef fight my guild starts with a DK on Onyxia. When adds come out a Pally picks them up and another pally takes Nef. DPS gets Ony down to 20% then we focus on getting Nef down to 80%. At 80% we push Ony and go into phase 2.

@AOESQUAD its the FFVII Advent Children Version of One Winged Angel, and incase your not sure on the differences, teh original was a Midi track whereas teh Advent Children version is a combo of Rock and Orchestra witch works very well (in my oppinion ofcourse)
