Valid point given the discussion, but obviously someone never born with female organs can never truly be a female in the natural sense. Although for all intents and purposes Dana is considered a woman.

She's not a dude. Sure, she is not "normal"! But she is now a complete woman... A woman, that was once a man, but she's not anymore! Why calling her a "dude" man? You're not really thoughtful of her. Calling her as a WOMAN is the way to do. A woman, whatever happened, is a woman!

I am saying this because Dana is very fragile but normal women could have lifted it!
The thing which is bad is i heard a lot of people laughing when she fell.
But she was stunning even when she was down!
