It's always painful to watch this episode, they were already sinking two-months before Ramsey showed up, much too little time to turn it around. Israel lost a big chunk of dough by not controlling costs, not reading the opportunity correctly, not giving customers a good bargain for value, and failing to keep up high standards. Above all, that pretentious lippy 'chef' was little more than a pompous & unreliable, self-serving stuffed-shirt short-order cook.
I bet that Chef never worked for Planet Hollywood. Or if he did, it was for a week. If he can't handle the pressure of 70 customers than what kind of Chef is he?
