Its an edge CTS tuner most performance diesel sites sell them and I have one on my 01 ford and love it, and there expandable so you can connect a cool down timer or something if you want
03 model is prone to leak and then insulate the connection causing a poor signal. the pressure regulator will duty cycle or be commanded up or down depending on the desired preprogramed pressure. Being a blue truck only available in 03 so it has the leaking sensor. the computer will get a bad reading, ramp up the pressure regulator. it may start reading or the computer sees the rpms jump and says whoa i did not mean to do that and turns down the ipr, but it needs more pressure so it goes up ba
@GSPEER1953 Mine was still under warranty. On the '03 and early '04 it is very hard to get to. It is behind the Turbo. On the late '04 and up it is easier to get to.
Where is the sensor located of the late 04 and up models? also what codes was it throwing?

wher did you get that touch screen thing?? it read the fuel injector's pressure?

Did you get it fixed...how much did it cost if you did and is it something that an average person could do? Mine is doing the same thing.
