Look at Chihiro at 1:00. Obviously not her character design for the 2nd season.

Judging by these facts, I conclude that this is probably just a teaser for the die-hard manga fanatics. And the 1st season was still in production in the making of this teaser.

Now, from between season 1 to season 2, he has kissed (and conqured) around 8 girls (and more if you have read the manga).

So they did animate Tsukiyo. Maybe season 2 will be longer then 12 episodes since episode 8 of season 2 featured an image of tenri and diana at the end of the episode... or just a 3rd season. They better add more as just ending the anime 40 chapters in is lame.
