@TheMcjoe13 excuse me, I'm not the guy you're searching for but pull ups are more back muscles and arms, but as for pushups they're more front muscles (chest, arms) so an advice would to increase your back strength or you could do what I did kept on with the pushups until I could complete the kipping pullup and increase each time I did them :)
@TheF0rtress ahaha ok just wondering :D i just cant get my bottom abs to come in well :/ leg lifts should work well if i continue to do them right? hanging leg lifts, ect.
You inspire me! great work! I have a question for you, i max out at 22 pullups but can´t do one single muscle up, can´t do them at home because i wokout indoors but i have tried a couple of times but didn´t succed. I have pretty strong triceps, the hard part is to come up over the bar! peace!
Good job man! When you do your pull ups try not to stick your neck out to get the chin over the bar as that puts a lot of stress on your neck and your upper back just a suggestion to prevent injury :)
@TheF0rtress hi, any chance you could do a video of a weeks programme for full body workout? e.g. what to do each day, how many reps... that would be great. thanks
On your pull ups you are barely going up and you use momentum alot..
and on the push ups you place your hands higher (its not like when you use push up bars because then you just have your hands higher but body has to go all the way down) and you dont go close to all the way down to the ground..
i dont really thing you did this properly :( no offence
Im torn between two ways of working out, Calisthenics & Weightlifting, I am in the half way position where I can still do plenty of pull ups, pushups, dips, but also can squat heavy, dealdlift, hate having to prioritize one over the other, I wanna do Calisthenics because of that awesome feeling of being in control of your body, it's also cool to workout anywhere, but the downside is I dont want my body to end up like yours, small, weightlifting offers me nothing but gains, but hinders body power
@ImaFattyCat Defines what small is. He's strength is immaculate. Walking around with unnecessary muscle was fad and is dying out. Its all about being fit, lean, strong, and functional.
@LifeDrain1 muscle ups are very explosive, but really the only way to learn how to do one is to keep practicing it, if you're having to much trouble you could incorporate exercises that target the muscle used in a muscle up until you're able to do 1, trust me though after you can do 1 it gets easier ;)

Would you please advice me how I can convince them to go out and train with me more often(Every week)
How did you convince yours to train with you?
