I just joined Weight Watchers and I've been watching all your videos. You're such an inspiration to me and it's been helping me stay on track SO MUCH! So thank you thank you thank you for postring these amazing videos.
I was thinking about starting kickboxing classes, actually. I'm kinda scared I won't be able to do it because you need like... an amazing level of fitness for kickboxing -which I don't have. But I WILL try it out.

If you work out, you NEED the extra food, but I would suggest to eat the RIGHT extra food, like more protein, fruit and veggies:)

Today I did weights on our BowFlex for about 20 minutes (arms/legs). Then I did the elliptical for 5 minutes and made sure my heart was pumping. My b-day is the 29th so I think I want a treadmill. I had one before and it became a close rack. I am going to get a ipod too. :)

I started yesterday with a challenge to workout for a straight month, with the option of 5 days to take a break. My plans are pilates, the gym, and all my other workout vids i have :) im super excited and its something i know i can achieve and we will see how it impacts my weigh ins!
I use to HATE my arms and now they are my favorite body part:) Sounds like a grea plan! Just make sure you DO take those breaks! Got to make sure your body is WELL rested so you can work to your full potential! Yoga helps so much! Excited to see how it goes for you!
oh and I'm totally taking up your challenge. I'm gonna do a spinning class, which I have never done before and to be quite honest haven't tried it yet because it's so intimidating!!! ahhhh

This week I will be hitting the weights and the treadmill (inspired by you)! :) Oh yeah, and being on my feet for 13 hours a day at the hospital is a decent workout as well, haha!

This past week, I didn't even exercise once. Not one yoga class, and not one usual speed walk of mine...so this week, I'll get back on plan again (not something new, but something that is a no-fail way for me to enjoy myself in exercise .oh and Jess, thanks for being so patient with me on the 15lb challenge, but I think you can just count me out since I"m wasting your time and not losing weight. Next week is better

HAhahah I walked the manditory weekly 2 mile run in gym class in high school - I couldn't even TRY to run :( :P I feel I can relate to you so much.
