Yes .. he had a HUGE pushed early in his career and now as part of a storyline he is in a losing streak. ( You can see how many matches he won since in his first year he won the US title and WWE tag team ( being the longest US champion in smackdown and a double champion while being wwe tag team )

Someone interfered in a Kozlov match earlier this year on smackdown and attacked Kozlov's opponent, yet for some reason he wasn't DQ'd. However, in his match with the Undertaker, Jeff Hardy interfered and hit Kozlov first and the Undertaker got DQ'd. How does the WWE make a mistake like this?
