Hydrogen peroxide at high concentration is a TOTALLY different item then the 3% peroxide you find in drug stores. Especially when it is used in conjunction with other house hold chemicals like acetone to form very dangerous high explosives. So listen to airport instructions and don't bring liquids of ANY kinds with you. Their job is hard enough.
