Not exactly when you're in Bowser's stomach. No place inside of Bowser has its own theme. The music inside varies, depending on where Bowser is.

@Oakscreator123 the only exception is the Trash Pit because we take control of Mario and later Luigi in the Trash Pit while on the top screen, Bowser is unconsious, just lying in darkness (at least to us) and Fawful and Midbus were in the midst of carrying Bowser's body to Cavi Cape

i think his muscles are found in his arms and legs and mario and luigi can jump on them in mini games to give bowser an energy boost such as pushing or pulling something but only in minigames not basic overworld gameplay
