I've used arsenicum and influenzinum to prevent the flu for 11 years. How many times have I gotten the flu despite being in the public arena every day? Never! My 92 year-old mother has used h. to prevent the flu for five years. How often has she gotten the flu since using h.? Never! Did we get the flu before using h.? You bet! And it isn't fun!
