The truth is that undertaker slides out of the casket when it was right next to the ring then he goes under the ring. Thats why kane and paulbaror waits about 2mins before they start moving the casket and are in both of the casket ends before moving that undertaker can roll under the ring using a secret exit at left of the casket wall.
