Even the audience got sick of it after a while and demanded the CNN host give Ron Paul time to answer the questions. Is anyone else seeing this?? CNN doesn't need to think they have a ring in my nose. I can't be lead or controlled by these tactics.
Please do like I do and post many comments on the other candidates videos so their supporters will see how they are being steered by the media. Also they will check out Ron Paul's position.

CNN was so blatantly ignoring Ron Paul in SC 1/19/2012 debate that I felt like we were living a chapter of Orwells 1984 "Newspeak" episode. As if they could hypnotise the American public. "OUT OF SIGHT IS OUT OF MIND" "OUT OF SIGHT IS OUT OF MIND". Also at the end they panned close ups of all the candidates and pulled back and panned away when they got to Ron Paul. The only people who don't support Paul are those who haven't heard what he has to say. I believe it's impossible to be well informed on Paul's stances and not side with him. Every other candidate, plus Obama, do nothing but play one big bureaucratic game of trying to win friends. The citizens of the USA don't have any interest in those games, they have an interest in their well-being, and that's where Paul's interests lie. The media can try to ignore him, but his message is being heard finally.

I watched it live. The Camera's were deliberately set to show Romney, Gingrich and Santorum simultaneously from a close view most of the time ... but when they showed Paul, he had to be the one talking otherwise the camera is far away or certainly trying real hard to skip him... Hyperinflation didn't cause political change in Germany in the 30's...it was massive unemployment. Austerity does not balance the budget. Austrian voodoo economic theory. @moseybear Actually he isn't asking for Austerity (which is a combination of high taxes and social benefit reductions), he is asking for shrinking government spending on unessential departments, wars and foreign bases to help the government afford to pay off the debt. Austrian Voodoo Economics that works ...ask Mises. Gadfly is correct and appropriate for the current scenario.

Most Countries do not use Austrian economics and their current economic models are obviously and apparently failing enmasse - a fact which was easily predicted by Austrian economics (which to be fair, isn't the end all in itself). What you failed to point out are the things that will replace the food stamp cuts. Want to know about austerity? look at Romania and Greece. High taxes, More Taxes, No Benefits. Afterall the rate of use of food stamps has increased 76% in the last 4 years. Cutting it by 65% is returning it to 2006 levels.

To Romney there is no difference, even when talking about the largest businesses in the world, because he talks directly to the owners of the companies, when was the last time you could speak directly to the owners of Walmart or Sony or Ford?
Romney is an OK businessperson, but not an economist though.
