do both of the rear wheels have power to them or is only one of them hooked up to the motor? (i know nothing about these things but I think they are pretty neat)

some gave the motor to me so i don't know what its off of.
the motor is a westbend 820 an old kart motor. i have it tuned down. i will be tuning it up to see what it will do soon.
