Think every Christian bible thumping little jesus freak needs to try leading their own lives instead of building their belief system according to what a crap book tells them.
Gay rights is a huge issue in the States right now. California recently legalized it, and now there are people who want to take it away.
I have five fabulously flamboyant gay friends whom I would love to experience the same marital bliss as I do. Religious groups keep putting a damper on it. What's worse, over here, being the "free country," is that we're *supposedly* free.
In America, if you want to be a Chinese, black, Christian Jew, that's your prerogative. So it really doesn't make sense, when there is a segregation of church and state, when Christians try to overturn any and all progress. They don't realize that it isn't POSSIBLE to live under Christian thumb, because there are SO MANY other religions, creeds and thoughts here.
On a more shallow side, I would never wear dresses, have 20 kids, give up my rights as a woman, just because of a Christian.
