I got a 90 accord lx i,ve had it to 110mph all stock pretty scary but fun lol. by the way the red light look like the light that tells you your brake lights are out. my car has a short in the wires and it comes on all the time.
@fordxbgtfalcon lmao that means it has the wagon's gauge cluster. sedans and coupes had speedos that went upto 130mph the wagon had 140mph...which is odd lol
@sexyboi142 wow that is weird because my accord was left to me when my grandfather died and he bought the car new in 91 and it only has 49,000 on it. I dont understand why it would have a wagon cluster unless it was some sort of fluke at the factory.
@mralexjmartin No, none of my brake lights are blown. It comes on when I hit the brakes, and it never goes off unless I turn the car back off. All my brake lights are good. I heard it can come up if you have bad pressure in your brake lines. That's not my problem either. I'm no tard. I've troubleshooted everything here. It just likes to be on for some reason. My only guess is there is a wiring problem. If its just causing a light on the dash tho, I'm not too worried.
oh man you must not have the stock suspension and 14" tires cause 120 would just be scarry in one of these. I don't even like doing 90 in mine, but it's an auto - even more bland. what mods have you done? Really jealous of the 5spd.
@red1950stude i did 90 all the time on the hwy with my cb7 coupe (1991 LX) and it felt solid at 90. with that beeing said, i had just had new shocks, struts, springs, and tires lol and all on a stock set up. If the windows were down and the side vents popped open it was LOUD and the side vens would vibrate lol

@hondahp18 only and idoit wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the EX and LX trim levels. The EX came standard with a sunroof, optinal leather, cd player (single disc). the LX...had everthing the EX had minus 5hp and leather, CD player and sunroof

@mariorm89 The red thing that lights up under the car icon on the dash says brake lamp which indicates one of your brake lights are not working. Mine lights up and the right side of the brake lights dont work even with new light bulbs.

Hey I'm about to install a f22a6 manifold, onto a f22a1, Im gonna have the butterflies vaccum fed, but I need to ask do I need the computer or ecu from the f22a6 ? and how much hp will I gain if I do this ?
. any f22 can go fast it depends what you do whether its all motor or turbo which if your smart turbo is the way to go their compression usually runs around the 9.5:1 comp.. the cast block is awesome for handling boost and besides that the sleeves arent the same as the shitty h22 which is awesome for all motor but it takes alot for them to handle some good turbo power. and you also need to tune your car with a basic base map ecu and change the rev governor and fuel cut,
the A7 is the same as the A6 sam CAM, Intake manifold and exhaust design...its just a Euro engine in cb7s in Europe......so A6=A7....A1=125 A4=130 A1(prelude)=135

@nunucpt I was talking about the guages not the speed. And no not all accords will do that only ones that can are the ex &se or the ones that have the PT6 ecu.
