I dont know why people hated this show so much aside from the random trolls who just want mark hamill to be joker over and over again. i thought the voices on here were fine (gotta give other people chance!) and overall i wished it hadnt ended so soon. the only downside i saw was that they introduced some characters way too early but aside from that it was a good show.
This was a pretty awesome episode :D very influenced by The Dark Knight Returns obviously, but the hidden cool part? Oracle exists! So at some point the Joker must shoot her in the spine O_O
i really did enjoy this batman... i was optimistic with the jokers voice and design but once i got past it i found it to be a really good show... sadly i fell out of it near the end of the series tho sadly... i wanna buy all the seasons though
I haven't gotten NW's dlc yet but I was pissed that they left out some of the following: gliders, voice, and most importantly IMO the animated nightwing's hair. the animated nightwing ponytail is what seperates any other nightwing design, meaning that I haven't seen another official design like it. I fuckin hate it when others trash it and I would to say to those hate FUCK YOU GO SUCK A DICK. this nightwing from the video might as well replace the animated skin since it's a fucken ripo off.

@jdog2525 Shame you did. It's not that bad of a show if you give it a chance. Sure, it's no where as good as Batman: The Animated Series (I don't think any animated show period can top it) but it was well animated, the fights were well choreographed, and some of the characters in this adaption were very interesting (The Penguin, Killer Croc, and Clayface were really handled well in this series).

@danluen absolutely and lets face it the Mark Hamill style Joker would be great to see on screen, but it had to be a more realistic approach for the Nolenverse and frankly I can't see any other kind of Joker working for that serious realistic kind of Batman film. And Ledger did a fantastic job :) Still I can't help but say that the Animated series Joker got it spot on for me and that voice...god that voice :')

i think that both marvel and DC have their better points. i find that marvel's characters generaly have more diversity and color to them while DC's generaly have more believable story lines, or atleast they don't get any ridiculous out-of-nowhere powerups that i've seen

Marvel's best hero, Spider-Man is rip off of Batman/Superman. Peter Parker is nerd with glasses who works at the Daily Bugle but is a hero who swings through the air wearing blue/red (Clark Kent/Superman). His parents are long dead and he saw the murder of Uncle Ben (Batman). He uses his wits to beat villains and invented a web gadget much like (Batman). Black Cat = Catwoman. Green Goblin = Joker.

But the same argument can be said for Iron Man, how originally the terrorists who captured Stark were Vietnamese or other Asian terrorists, but in the movie they had middle eastern terrorists capture him. Scarecrow isn't exactly known for his fighting. He uses fear gas. That's about it.

@TheBarkJuice Batman beyond was created by Bruce Timm, the same guy who did the 90s Batman and Superman animated series as well as theJustice league and Justice league Unlimited. Its a part of the Timm Verse and cant be just written off. This series of 'The Batman was created by somebody else who didnt want to do a version of Batman Beyond, thats why they wrapped it all up as they did. Hope this helps

@akash4000 You've missed a lot. First there was Dick Grayson (Nightwing), then Jason "Douchebag" Todd (Red Hood), Tim Drake (Red Robin), Stephanie Brown (Spoiler, Batgirl, dead), then Damian Wayne (League of Assassins, current Robin), and in the Frank Miller-verse, Carrie Kelley (Catgirl...).
I always ignore Batman beyond and never treat it canon...i dont think its canon at all since i dont think that in a couple years later the world would turn all futuristic.

@djkrueger6 Uh.. they changed almost EVERYTHIGN about it from the 90s BTAS show, higher tech, Gotham is pretty different, and there is TONS of things different when it comes to the villains. a story is dependant on the villains and if they're different, the story is different. There is NO villain that they just ripped off of from BTAS. BTAS will always be better but I like this show also.

Magneto, Phoenix, Galactus, Apocalypse, Mr. Sinister, Thor, Odin, Dormammu, Mephisto, Dr. Strange, Shuma-Gorath, Eternity, Loki, Lord Chaos, Umar, The Living Tribunal, and the list goes on and on. They can all basically do whatever they want to whenever they want to do it, which kinda makes all the non-god characters useless.

i think that both marvel and DC have their better points. i find that marvel's characters generaly have more diversity and color to them while DC's generaly have more believable story lines, or atleast they don't get any ridiculous out-of-nowhere powerups that i've seen

Too much Japanese culture references, barely ever any music, really shitty animation. Yep, across the board, it sucks. I like that you made that leap though. I'd say that DC and Marvel are equal in stature. Marvel has WAAYYY more interesting super heroes all around, but DC has fucking Batman.

Marvel's best hero, Spider-Man is rip off of Batman/Superman. Peter Parker is nerd with glasses who works at the Daily Bugle but is a hero who swings through the air wearing blue/red (Clark Kent/Superman). His parents are long dead and he saw the murder of Uncle Ben (Batman). He uses his wits to beat villains and invented a web gadget much like (Batman). Black Cat = Catwoman. Green Goblin = Joker.

Or do I have to remind people the epic fail of Batman Begins & Superman Returns? They haven't even been able to make a superhero team up movie. They didn't even get to air their Wonder Woman show b/c they completely failed at her costume (The b**tards) while Marvel is doing great at pumping out their Superhero movies. I miss the old days.

@tinyfeet101 Batman Begins was complete crap. I mean can you really say that his voice didn't annoy you at all in that movie? ( Got better in the 2nd I guess) And the Scarecrow had to be his first villain? Seriously? And Scarecrow's costume sucked! And don't even get me started on Ra al Ghul! You couldn't even tell that was him?! And why the heck would he teach Batman martial arts in the first place?! They were supposed to be competing students. I've just gotta say it was terrible.

@sakurablossom6601 No no no no no. It may have stretched the mythos of Batman and such, but those who don't follow the comics extremely closely enjoyed it a lot. Besides, the fact that they pronounced it "RAZ-Al- Gul" was stupid, but that's about it, and saving Joker for Dark Knight was actually a good idea.

@TheSilentOne50 So what? Only the people who never bothered to watch the old Batman shows or read any of the comics can enjoy the movie? That's not fair. Especially for new upcoming Batman fans. I think they deserve some actual details from the comics. And as for the Joker, I'm glad they saved him for the 2nd movie, but I would have like for BM to take down some mobsters in the 1st movie. It would have been his perfect entry into crime fighting.

@TheSilentOne50 And returning to everything wrong about the current BM movies: Scarecrow was a wimp, Ra al Ghul's ethnicity is wrong (he's supposed to be Arab), Bruce kept accidentally switching to his annoying "Batman" voice in a majority of scenes in both movies, Barbra is now the name of Commissioner Gorden wife (wth), His love interest was not attractive at all! (he's a multimillionaire playboy, his love conquests should be pretty), and the movies have no iconic music.

And my confusion with Barbra,Sr. is b/c yes our Barbra,Jr was named after her but, Barbra ,Sr. should have divorced Commissioner Gordon when she was a toddler. (He had an affair) So I was just annoyed that she was in the movie, considering she isn't even our Barbra's real mom. (Her real mom is named Sasha.)

But the same argument can be said for Iron Man, how originally the terrorists who captured Stark were Vietnamese or other Asian terrorists, but in the movie they had middle eastern terrorists capture him. Scarecrow isn't exactly known for his fighting. He uses fear gas. That's about it.

I'm just saying after this last Batman movie, all Wanner Brothers will have left to completely ruin "again" is Superman. @TheBarkJuice Batman beyond was created by Bruce Timm, the same guy who did the 90s Batman and Superman animated series as well as theJustice league and Justice league Unlimited. Its a part of the Timm Verse and cant be just written off. This series of 'The Batman was created by somebody else who didnt want to do a version of Batman Beyond, thats why they wrapped it all up as they did. Hope this helps

The thing that bugs me sooo much about this show is..
Why did they have to rip off Batman The Animated Series so much?
It made no sense, if they were gonna do another Batman show, why not do another season of the original show? Why make an overly childish clone of it??
This show had virtually no originality..aside from the cheesy music..

@djkrueger6 Uh.. they changed almost EVERYTHIGN about it from the 90s BTAS show, higher tech, Gotham is pretty different, and there is TONS of things different when it comes to the villains. a story is dependant on the villains and if they're different, the story is different. There is NO villain that they just ripped off of from BTAS. BTAS will always be better but I like this show also.

Magneto, Phoenix, Galactus, Apocalypse, Mr. Sinister, Thor, Odin, Dormammu, Mephisto, Dr. Strange, Shuma-Gorath, Eternity, Loki, Lord Chaos, Umar, The Living Tribunal, and the list goes on and on. No amount of teamwork or skill is gonna beat Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet (Omnipresent, Omnipotent, total control over Time, Mind, Reality, ect) or Galactus after a meal. For that, you need the Ultimate Nullifier or Thanos being an idiot...somehow...even though he is all knowing and seeing including future events... .

Okay let me clear things up, there were 4 male robins in all of the batman comic, the first is dick grayson who later becomes night wing, then Jason Todd who dies gets resurrected and turns into the red hood, then we have Tim drake, he later becomes the red robin, and the current robin is damian Wayne, Bruce and talia al ghuls son.
