I have the same camera but my videos are totally different than yours, how do you get the full screen? do I have to change the configuration? everyone looks skinny in my videos, why is that? Could you help me? Thank you.

no i didn't alter the file in any way, if it's 16:9 on the camera then it should be 16:9 on the file and therefore youtube

once the base file is above a certain quality then you get the HQ sign on youtube. Alternatively and "&fmt=18" to the url of the video to play in high quality (post a link in the description for your viewers)

everything but the lowest quality should be 16:9 (widescreen) as default.

just bought it 2day :) do you know if it is compatible with MAS os 10? I dont think the software you get with it does :s

the provided software may or may not be compatible but you can just use it as a generic usb storage device and transfer the files that way

yes i can upload them to my mac but when I try to play the file it says that they are not movie files =s its bit fuked up. the files end in .MOV which the manual said they should end in. they just dont play on quick time

why is it my camcorder has the youtube logo and a one touch upload button and it doesnt even upload anything?

i do all the crap it says in the book its looking good and then it fails at the last 10%

anyone thinking about getting this jvc think again cos it isnt even compatable with the most comon and prominent operating systems movie editing devices!!

and the jvc is not all that good anyway the focusing sucks and u may as well save and get the next best camcorder that does what it says!

I concur! This one touch upload to YouTube is some fucking crock of shit!! It doesn't work all the time!!

i've never used the one touch feature so i cannot comment on it's reliability. It isn't essential for uploading youtube vids.
