Hey mate, hows it going? you like football manager games right? i found this cool one online .footy-manager com its very similar to the football manager game. check it out. its pretty cool actually.
it's because instead of sending him overseas to a REAL academy, the USSF thought they could develop him in to a world-class player in their own shitty academies. and we all know that was never going to happen
Adu is not even American for gods sake!! Adu came from africa look up his biography!! he is just another african talent like, sedu keita, adebayor, et'o etc!! hes not american they just made him a citizen at age 11 or something to bring him into the us team... sorry i crushed your dream
...and you'd be surprised how many world class athletes are born or raised in the USA that play for other countries...no one really cares, my friend...look at giuseppe rossi...he's USA born/raised and was on the winning 2006 italian team, but no one here cares who he plays for...if you go back far enough, we're all from different countries
after seeing not only jozy and freddy being benched, but also donovan and dempsy, it is obvious that europeans dont just disrespect american soccer, they despise it.
That's a good question i think that he hasn't been given the opportunity to show them his fullest. Its kinda retarded how we've seen freddy adu play viciously but yet they won't give him the chance to prove that he can play in the starting eleven. There's this guy named Jozy Altidore who's a beast(maybe even better than Freddy) and he scored in his debut in the La Liga for Villarreal but they nvr play him so i think its b/c of the managers not playing him. Good question though
Like i said before no offense. I think they haven't given him the opportunity to show just how good he can be. Once they do he will become the 2nd best in the world next me of course. O rei Bala
Actually he does, its just that he dosent get as much oppertunities as he should because of him being called "the best player" when he was 13 yeard old., And just so everybody knows in this video Freddy Adu was 13,14,15,16,17, and 18 years old dominating much older professionals, it scary to think how good Adu is gonna be when hes 26.
Wow! how is he only at Benfica. I think AC Milan choose the wrong young player to buy for $20 MIllion. He seemed to totally destroy Pato's potential in comparison. Adu basically embarresed Brasil and Pato's team at that U-20 world Cup. AC Milan should have bought Adu instead.
Why not.....Adu with Benfica in limited minutes had the highest scoring rate on that team.............At the same time Pato was playing with AC Milan with the world best players passing him the ball and he missed alot of chances and sitters. My opinion is if Adu was Brazilian he would be shown much more respect and confidence form even his highest doubters. Plus as i mentioned when they played each other................Adu dominated the game like he was a Maradona/Zidan and PAto was ok.
you are saying it yourself.. Adu hardly plays at a small team (Benfica), while Pato is already one of AC Milan's best players... Adu can definitely improve, but Pato is already world class and he will keep getting better
yeah i have 2 agree with wrightnum3 also personally i think that pato was lucky enough to be chosen by such a great team ac milan and i use the word greatly very loosely. If Adu was on milan or even a team like fiorentina he would have more goals than pato all do respect to pato though he's can be vicious at times.
depends, we are talking about a USA player, in USA is soccer...and Benfica is not smaller than AC Milan, there are financial comparations but in history there are not a lot to compare...once again learn a little ^^
Pato doesn't completely suck. He's very quick he just needs to work on finishing, dribbling, and the basics, and he'll b pretty close to O Phenomenon, Luiz Ronaldo.
