  • the engine on the 2008-present Buick Enclave

    Engine

    3.6 L LY7 V6 (275 hp)

    3.6 L LLT V6 (286 hp)

  • we rented a 2012 on our vacation and it was real joy to drive! lots of power and plenty of room... 5stars

  • With you talent it is just a matter of time...

  • I like the look and price but it is the size of a whale

  • nice car but can i afford it?

  • buick design is getting a lot better than most companies today

  • the 2008-present Buick Enclave is assembled in

    Delta Township, Michigan, United States

  • total redesign in 2013, but no v-8:(

  • @peanutchopper; I take it you are an expert on the subject.

  • Crossover's are transvestite vehicles.

  • This is the first Buick that I actually like n i not a senior citizen.

  • 6 people are brotherhood of Steel fans.

  • @stovermagic HAHAHA

  • Is the dude speaking the short guy from the new U.S. version of Top Gear??

  • they have alot of mechanical problems though.

  • And only.......40 grand

  • I like it's looks but is the size of a whale

  • At 1:52, that may happen to dummies at hardcore fast frontal impact. 0wn3d.

  • my grandparents bought one, 10,000 dollars less than their tahoe and they dont regret it at all. wish i had one

  • I think this should have been the New SRX.

  • @LorenzoMoore1000 no it shouldn't. buick needed a good car to save them from ending up like pontiac and Saturn. Plus if it was a Cadillac, you would probably pay $20,000 to $30,000 more for it

  • '

    no no thank,,,

    i dont like this car

  • @bestamerica Because it doesn't have amber turning signals, right? I see you on ever video! Weirdo!

  • CoreyForeside,

    '

    that is good,,,

    thank,,,

i am still dont like any vehicles without 2 amber yellow lights, wrong gas in hole on right passage side, block front grille, 2 wrong amber yellow lights on front headlights next grille, wrong price tag,,,

i am doing good judge and good wise better than automakers

  • @bestamerica How come you only do it on videos of American cars?

  • CoreyForeside,

    '

    both americans and foreigns vehicles,,,

    mostly americans vehicles,,,

    some foreigns vehicles

  • @bestamerica Okay. Keep up the good work... Where are you from, anyhow?

  • is buick a luxury car brand?

  • @bhiml yes

  • @bhiml Entry-level luxury, like Volkswagen and Mercury (R.I.P.).

  • the seats do not tilt backwards!

  • if i dont get the new camaro, i'll certainly get one of these.

  • Im so in love with this car!! So sexy, love this test color. Who needs a Lexus/Mercedes??

  • another reason to drive detroit :) awesome sexy car

  • Lol... Imma stick with my opinion.

  • I had the oppertunity to drive this truck it is a very nice truck to drive very smooth and quiet. Buick is really steping up their game.

  • its not ugly at all and you gotta admit buick looks alot better than it did 3 or four years ago and yea its not cheap. And lexusES350h motortrend says this is better than your lexus gx....js

  • @lexusES350h...It might be ugly, but it's not cheap at all.

  • a very nice suv point blank......i do think that GM should can the gmc version though....the buick and traverse are just fine..

  • @gmman010983 I think that GMC should have went instead of Pontiac

  • I think this suv ... ? is beautiful as the acadia ... !! but cadillac escalade is much better ! thank god buick´s gonna sell in Mexico in 2010 !! I just saw the GMC´s new sign with BUICK but without PONTIAC ! =( really sad....

  • It's a crossover? it's too big for a crossover in my opinion.

  • The crossover (CUV) classification doesn't really have much to do with size. A CUV is a unibody vehicle that bridges the gap between the traditional body-on-frame SUV and the minivan. They are generally (but not exclusively) powered by V6s or I4s with automatic transmissions. They have no sliding doors but they do have hatchbacks. The Enclave is the largest unibody vehicle on the market.

  • Just test drove this; When you accelerated, it was weak.. I realy like the front lights.

  • I love the enclave

and the 2009 enclave has 288 hp

  • I own a saturn outlook and it's the same car for a lesser price.

  • That's like saying an Escalde is the same as a Yukon, until you compare amenities.

  • "Who said an ESCALADE is the same"......

Hey POOPBREATH how about learning how to spell first Genius and then you can tell us the difference....Mr Fake Marine

  • He said the Enclave is the same as the Outlook, presumably because they are built on the same platform. That's like comparing the Escalade to the Yukon, same platform but little in common. Now stick to talking to something you know about.

  • I know you dont spell Escalade like you did MORON

  • If you're going to try to insult somone's intelligence you should probably use proper punctuation and grammar. Just a tip.

  • Ok Mr. Esclade!

  • Poopbreath does have a point though

saturn is lesser that buick and gmc yukon is lesser than escalade. And u need to chill, getting all worked up about something like this is stupid, you're not four.

  • If you only knew "Poopbreaths" comments that were made previously you would understand.

  • ah i see - im not trying to fight

  • I love mine!

  • Took me 6 months to decide on a new vehicle. Drove my brand new White CXL-2 home yesterday. It's going to take me another 6 months to fully learn all of this cars functions and controls. I have to look at the tac to tell if the engine is running, this car is that quiet. Drives and handles like a dream. So far I'm satisfied with my decision. Lot's of room in the back with the seats folded. That's what made me look at this vehicle in the first place.

  • hahaha! i know! its so quiet!

we have a CXL-2 with the keyless starter. the engine was so quiet that i couldn't figure out how to drive off after inserting the key. i thought that the engine would shut off, but it was simply that quiet!!

  • that 2009

  • I love mine, we have it in Golden, with tan interior, it is such a beautiful car, and the new Lacrosse is so nice as well.

  • Does the tan leather get dirty after a while? we're considering purchasing this car, with A/C seating! (its really good in hawaii)

  • Not really no, I mean the drivers seat on ours does a little from jeans, but simple water and a cloth takes it right off, and it looks all new again. Get it! You'll love it, especially with the tan(Cocoa and cashmere interiors.)

  • Wow. Just...Wow.

Our Buick just arrived yesterday off the ship from the mainlind, and wow...I am just speechless.

It is so nice! We ended up getting our car with Carbon Metallic Black and with an Ebony Interior (CXL2 model).

It is just a beautiful and stylish car, as it is so big, yet looks small! I love it. Oh, and my dad jsut drove in the garage with it...what a coincidence! Time to have a drooling session with the car!

  • Haha very nice! I have the gold, it looks good with anything in opinion, good luck with it!

  • I just got one

  • LOL we're getting one, too.

  • I prefer it in the brown color but i would never buy it.

  • If Jaguar made an SUV this would be it.

    Buick should be proud.

  • yeah but the jag crossover would be an extra 20000$

  • @broadbent48 , ide much rather have this than a jag!!

  • @markmarshall39 id take the jag sell it and buy this :O lol

  • @poskyflyer so it 30 days so no sales tax!!

  • @broadbent48 i agree

  • @broadbent48 Yep.

  • @broadbent48 wash your mouth out !

  • a new style American Muscle, Soooo cool!

  • This is an amazing looking vehicle. It's because of vehicles like this that General Motors is planning to focus on Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac and GMC. GM is trying to bring forward Chevrolet Camaro, Volt, Equinox, Cruze; Buick LaCrosse; GMC Terrain; and Cadillac SRX and CTS Sport Wagon and Coupe pretty soon. With these vehicles the face of GM will really change.

  • lol what a copy of lexus. get original america: you guys always acuse asians of copying the west, yet you copy from germans and now blindly copying from japan.

bob casparian the product manager for buick even admitted they are trying to become like lexus...lol

  • i porked your mom in my cadillac bitch

  • This looks nothing like the Lexus, the Lexus is small, A LOT less luxurious, the ride sucks, and the mileage. I tested one out when I got a new vehicle last summer, and I tried the Lexus out and it sucked! You don't know shit, and its very clear.

  • I just bought it and it is great on gas!

  • Where the heck is the IPOD jack ?

  • Right on the dash. It's literally right there.

  • LOL The iPod (USB) Jack is located

in the storage compartment under the front armrest. It's below the removable coin holder. (theres a storage area below the top section.) The USB is there.

  • Now that Buick has been labeled the most reliable car brand by J.D. Power & Associates, these should sell like hot cakes. Buick is really reinventing themselves. Check out the 2010 LaCrosse.

  • @tncuban18 The LaCrosse is a re-badged Vauxhall Insignia.

  • Especially now with the 2009 288 hp version of the engine, you really don't much miss the V-8. I've driven one, and it BLOWS THE DOORS off the Tahoe/Yukon.

In fact, I've driven a loaded Enclave and a Yukon Denali. The only thing I preffered about the Denali was the 38- hp V-8. EVERYTHING else was better with the experience in the Buick.

That said, I would love to see a V-8 model, and perhaps that will happen if the Escalade moves to this Lambda platform like it is rumored to.

  • omg that is so epic! Under 33000? This is awesome! Of course it's too big and fuel economy is worse than the chevy traverse normal but the AWD are the same and I'd want AWD anyway. Of course the subaru forester is better I don't really need something this big it would be nice to have all that space though

  • What exactly do they mean by headlamps that turn with the steering wheel? I am confused.

  • A lot of cars have headlights which have little motors which turn up to 15 degrees in each direction at speed with the steering wheel, so you can see around bends.
