Well, it's just about right...I think it IS a love triangle though, and that the other girl loved her as much as she used to love Dong Hae (apparently they liked each other before). The older looking guy was the girl who committed suicide's ex-boyfriend who broke her heart. He didn't die, he was in an accident too. She just couldn't take the pain anymore/couldn't love anymore, or otherwise couldn't risk feeling it again with Dong Hae.
