@metoolazy Ohhhh, okay. Because I was so eager to update it yesterday, I literally did it right after I posted that comment. But it's phunny, when I load my AK2i on my DSi, (after updating, of course), the banner says 'ALEX RIDER STORMBREAKER,' and I thought it was supposed to change it to 'Danny Phantom.' It doesn't matter at all though, because now, my AK2i works on my DSi v1.4.1 :D This video has all the information needed, thanks!

HELP ME!!!! when i do all the steps i always get stuck on the blue screen were the loading is going on. it stays stuck on 0% but when i eject the card it resumes to 100% but it still dont have the danny phantom logo.

@womenbeater187 omg i had that problem too and it was annoying cus i was borrowing a friends ds lite and it had about 5 minutes of battery left :p

After you eject the card put it back in and cluck a or b whatever to continue. DO NOT TURN OFF THE DS!

@777Giso777 how did you make it load thoug, because it having problems when the 1.4 fix it stays on 0 or sometimes 5.. but like i said when i take the game cartrige out it loads like it suppost to but it dont make sense since the acekard is not in the ds..

@womenbeater187 That doesn't work. I know exactly the problem you are having, and all I can say is keep trying. I never did find out the reason behind it, but after 3 or 4 tries it generally works. Obviously between those tries pop it out and reinsert it. If that doesn't work, then your AceKard isn't making proper contact and may need the paper trick.

That being said, which file are you using to update?

@metoolazy im using the 1.4 fix, i downloaded it from the acekard website, i used both the dsi and the dsl version, the weird thing is the acekard said error with blak screen wen i tried updating the kard with a dsi on 1.3u

Yep, if you buy it from shoptempdotcom or 0shippingzonedotcom, they do it for you already, so you just load up the firmware and games and you are good to go. With the 1.4.1 fix, it will work on any DS, including older firmwares or DS Lite, etc.

Yes you would be able to update it on your DS Lite and then use it on your DSi. That being said, the DSi's latest update is 1.4.1, you should download the newest firmware for the AceKard that supports 1.4.1

More likely than not, it simply did not detect your cart properly. All I can say is eject and put it back in.

Help please!!! When I updated my dsi to 1.4 it killed my acekard 2i. So I put the firmware update on the micro sd and put the card in an old ds phat but it doen't recognize the card! It says nothing is in the slot. I tried with and without the AKAIO 1.5.1.

If you screwed up, you'll need another AceKard to fix it. You run the update (the one for multiple carts) on the AceKard that works, and then swap out for the one that is dead.

You will need a ds lite or ds phat to update your cartridge. Your 1.4 will not read the acekard cartridge. Just save the boot files on your sd chip and boot them up on the lite or phat.

it does that either if your micro ds card is broken or you havent updated it right to 1.4 your acekard picture on your main menu on the dsi menu should look like a danny phantom.

Most likely you messed up the update. In which case you need a second AceKard 2i to run the program and redo the update on your cart.

Yes, if it was bricked by this procedure, you can fix it by running it again. You do so by, using another AceKard to run the DS Lite file, and then taking that AceKard out when it asks you to and sticking yours in.
